This savings program covers everything - prescription glasses, contacts, sunglasses, eye exams, frames, tinting and more! Take up to half off the price you would normally pay for vision care at over 5,500 optical centers nationwide. You’ll receive a membership card giving you incredible "insider prices" at virtually every major eyewear center in America including: Sears Optical, Eckerd Optical, J.C. Penny Optical, Montgomery Ward and Pearl Vision Centers - and hundreds more. THIS IS NOT INSURANCE. To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $40.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their Discount Legal Services Program. They can also redeem their certificate online. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate. The certificate is shown below and is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. You can choose borders for the design of your certificate.
